MERCHANDISE RETURNS:
You must contact Mend-A-Body Solutions for a return authorization number; you may NOT return it prior to retrieving an authorization number. In order to receive credit merchandise must be returned, at your expense, in flawless condition (perfect and unopened). We will refuse the package if a valid return authorization number is not on the shipping label. Unopened merchandise returned within 14 days of your receipt of shipment will be issued full credit. After 14 days a 25% restocking fee will be applied to returns. After 30 days NO product returns will be accepted.
For any reason, DVD's and VHS tapes are not returnable. Please contact us to exchange it for a replacement, if you receive a defective DVD or VHS tape.
Do not open the product if it was shipped to you in error it will void your right to return it. Please contact us so we can exchange it for the correct item.
REFUSED PACKAGES AND THOSE WHERE THREE ATTEMPTED DELIVERIES WERE UNSUCCESSFUL:
Refused packages are considered those where three delivery attempts were unsuccessful do incur UPS and FedEx charges. This also applies to the return of undeliverable packages. For these occasions you will be responsible for Mend-A-Body’s actual cost to ship the package and the return charges if your package is returned to us for any of these reasons.
DAMAGES AND SHORTAGES:
During shipping, merchandise damaged or shortages (missing items) must be reported to Mend-A-Body within 24 hours of receipt. Mend-A-Body will then either issue you a store credit or send replacements for the amount of any confirmed damaged or missing merchandise. Mend-A-Body will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. Mend-A-Body will then either issue you credit or send replacements for the amount of any confirmed damaged or missing merchandise.
Mend-A-Body will issue a store credit in all cases where an item ordered was not able to be fulfilled, unless the entire order consists of these items, in which case a full refund will be issued on the payer's card (i.e. debit, credit card).
Mend-A-body will not issue refunds for orders with missing items or for taste or preference purposes as this varies greatly by individual and can also be greatly influenced by cooking methods. Mend-A-Body waives the responsibility of products that are considered to have influences on a person’s digestibility or health as Mend-A-Body is not the manufacturer of any food products, supplements or items taken into the body. The manufacturer may be contacted directly by looking up the contact information on the package for any concerns related to health impacts or digestibility.
